The Rongai Route is the only trail that approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the north, near the Kenyan border. It's known for its remote, uncrowded paths and a more gradual ascent—ideal for climbers seeking a peaceful journey with unique scenery. Though not as lush as the southern routes, it offers stunning views and varied terrain. This 6-day itinerary balances acclimatization with a compact schedule, combining key segments while maintaining a safe summit approach.
